Society:

•  Expresses concern with community noise and health effects
•  NGO’s are presenting biasedly to the communities

Industry:

• Uncertainty in wind prediction, both short and long term needs to be reduced
• Electrical connection details is a large and slow process
•  Auction system being implemented by Finland magnifies the importance of weather uncertainty
• Energy storage is very significant for long term wind energy processes

Municipalities:

• Data needed in the site approval (land use) process is not readily  available
• Land use permitting for wind parks is complex and municipalities have little or no experience
